My name is Stephanus Roux and with over 40 years experience in detail engineering and project management, I have the knowledge & skills to deliver a major construction project that is on time and on budget.  I utilise an outstanding clarity of scope to realize time and cost savings for my clients.  I have acquired the key insights and practical tools needed to minimize cost and time overruns. My job is to do whatever it takes to ensure the timely completion of a project on budget.

My pragmatic approach to problem solving and depth of technical understanding sets me apart. I am a highly experienced engineer with extensive technical, project management and leadership expertise gained through senior executive positions within the construction, oil and energy industries on an international level.

When faced with a problem, I gather enough data but am careful not to become too weighed down by it. I am able to get to the essence of a problem and quickly assess a course of action towards resolution. I am steady and calm in situations others might find overwhelming, approaching my work with focused attention and careful planning. I am constantly thinking ahead and making timely adjustments to keep things on track.

I seek out people with different points of view and backgrounds because I value the perspective that diversity brings. I’m an excellent communicator and I integrate effortlessly into different cultures.
